Orders under $50 - $9.95
Sent by Australia Post Parcel Post and eParcel
Estimated delivery time 2-8 business days (rural areas may take 2-4 days longer).

EXPRESS POST 
Starting from $12.95* for all orders.
Sent by Australia Post Express Post and eParcel
Estimated delivery time 1-4 business days (rural areas may take 2-4 days longer).
*Heavy items may incur a higher charge, calculated at Checkout based on sending location and order weight.
*Express Post daily cut-off for same day dispatch is 12.00pm Eastern Standard Time.
*Flammable/Dangerous Goods such as peroxides and aerosols cannot be sent by Express Post

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
Required for all orders to protect your parcel from being stolen or lost and traceable if delivered to the wrong address. Please contact us if you have any queries.

ORDER DISPATCH TIMES
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but please allow 1-2 business days from when you place your order. Orders may take 2-3 days longer to dispatch during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas/New Year and long weekend public holidays. Please expect Australia Post delays during these periods.

Please note we don't offer Express Post on some interstate orders due to the large number of items classed as dangerous goods in our catalogue. Items such as aerosols, peroxides and some hair colours cannot be sent by Express Post.

We use Australia Post to ship orders from Box Hill North, Victoria, 3129.

UNCLAIMED, RETURNED & "RETURN TO SENDER" PARCELS
Please note that parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided or not being claimed from a post office within Australia Post's designated timeframe (normally 2 weeks) will be subject to a restocking fee of $9.95 per parcel.
